Golfers - We've got your back! Play in awesome tournaments two weekends in a row!!!!

The Haven Family Foundation is hosting its annual golf tournament on Saturday, April 14th at Holiday Golf Club, 8:30 shotgun start, four person scramble format.  This year's tournament promises to be better than any before.  All proceeds go to the Foundation to help with improvements at both campuses and to benefit students at all five Haven Family schools.  There are plenty of opportunities to participate in the tournament, either as a player, sponsor or contributor.  If you like to play golf (or at least be out in the fresh air and occasionally whack a golf ball), get your foursome together and sign up your team today.  There will be lots of goodies at the tournament for all players.  If golf is not your game or you cannot make it on the 14th, be a sponsor and get publicity for your company.  The Corporate/Family Sponsorship offers the opportunity not only for publicity on the day of the tournament, but at both campuses thereafter!  If you are not inclined to do either, we will gladly accept any donations of goods, gift certificates or other promotional items to be used as prizes or giveaways.  Attached is a sign up flier for the tournament with all pertinent information.  Sign up by April 7th.  To sign up, if you have questions or your would like to help with the tournament, call Bill Henry at 850-774-0887 or Steve Crow at 850-258-5368, or email

UPDATE - Service Road Closed

PLEASE REMEMBER -The NBH service road, from the dumpster area to the elementary school, is closed from 7:40 am until 2:00 pm. If the road barriers are up DO NOT GO AROUND THEM and DO NOT MOVE THEM! It is possible the for the wind to blow the barriers over. Do not drive around them or over them. The barriers are strictly for the safety of the children. We appreciate your continued help to ensure the safety of our students.

NBH MEN-tors program is designed for a dad, or father figure, to be able to come to the school and volunteer for the day. Dads will be given a schedule that will allow them to spend time in their child’s classroom and special areas, along with helping in the lunch room and monitoring hallways. MEN-tors will also be given a free t-shirt and their picture taken with their child to be put on the recognition board. This is a great opportunity to get 8 volunteer hours completed!

Lost and Found

Items will be returned to the students if the item has a student's name in/on it. This is very important! PUT YOUR CHILD'S NAME IN/ON LUNCHBOXES, WATER BOTTLES, COATS, SWEATSHIRTS, etc. Items without a name in/on them will be kept for one week and then will be donated to an agency that helps others from our area. NBH jackets without names will be placed in the PTSP Used Clothes Closet.

Please continue sending in your box tops through the end of the school year.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed this year to Box Tops! We had a great year!
